Understanding a pattern and releasing it are handled by two different systems. In this video I'll show you the one most approaches never reach, and the 4 stage method my clients use to work there, with a test after every intervention so nothing gets assumed.
They have the career and the respect. From the outside, their life looks fine.
They've done therapy. They know their attachment style, their triggers, the childhood story behind all of it. Some of them could give a presentation on their own patterns.
Then a boss questions their work, or a partner pulls away, and the old reaction fires before any of that knowledge shows up.
These are the sentences I hear most in the first ten minutes of a call:
Nothing is wrong, so why don't I feel okay?
I know exactly why I do this. I still do it.
I hold it together all day, then snap at the people I love most.
I say yes before I've even thought about it, then feel guilty for hours.
I feel like I'm performing my life instead of living it.
If any of those could have come out of your mouth, keep reading.
Someone can know exactly why they're afraid of disappointing people and still feel guilty every time they say no. They can understand their anger and still feel it take over. They can know they're worthy and still act like they have something to prove.
That isn't a lack of effort. It's about where the pattern is held.
Watch how fast a trigger happens. The stomach tightens, the chest changes, the guilt hits. Then the thinking mind arrives and explains what just happened.
The reaction comes first. The explanation comes second.
That order matters. Reactions are held in the body and the nervous system. The thinking mind can see them. It can't rewrite them. So the books and the insights land in the part of you that was never running the reaction.
If you've been asking your thinking mind to solve something that lives deeper, that's why it hasn't moved.
All three make sense. That's why capable people do them. None of them reach where the pattern is held.
More analysis. Another book, another podcast, one more insight. Eventually you know everything about the pattern and still live inside it. So instead of asking “why am I like this?”, I ask “what's still holding this in place?”
Breathing through the trigger. Journaling about it. Avoiding certain people. Talking yourself down. Some of that helps. But when life starts revolving around keeping one reaction under control, it turns into a full time job nobody knows you have.
More confident. More disciplined. More positive. More spiritual. A better version of you, built on top of everything that's still there. Personal development becomes another performance. A sophisticated one, but still a performance.
That third one is where the name of this work comes from.
Four stages. The structure is fixed. The work inside it follows your patterns, your history and what actually shows up for you. Two people can walk in with the same problem on the surface and have something completely different driving it underneath, so nobody gets a week one, week two curriculum.
Most people are already very good at describing their pattern. “I'm a people pleaser. I overthink. I'm bad at boundaries.” Those are descriptions. Uncover finds the cause. Why does saying no feel dangerous? Why does criticism feel bigger than criticism? Why does someone pulling away light up the whole system? Once the full pattern is visible, the thing you've been calling your personality often starts to look like something you learned. And something learned can be changed.
This is where the shift happens. I use a combination of advanced techniques to work with the pattern where it's held, in the body and the unconscious. The exact process is different for every client. And no, it doesn't mean reliving everything painful that's ever happened to you. We don't need to talk it to death.
You recall the original trigger: the memory, the situation, the person who used to set you off. We measure what charge is left. If it's still there, we don't move on. I don't want to assume something changed because we had a powerful conversation. I want us to know.
As the pattern releases, something comes back. The anger that wasn't acceptable. The needs you stopped asking for. Your voice, your boundaries, your ambition, your softness. The parts of you that got pushed aside because they weren't welcome. This is what was under the mask the whole time.
I don't care how profound a session feels if nothing changes on a Tuesday afternoon. Settle is where clients start telling me about the conversation they used to rehearse for three days, and just had. The boundary they used to explain and apologize for, and simply held. The comment that would once have followed them for a week, and didn't. The aim is less to manage, not a toolkit you carry for life.
I've spent 1,500+ hours training across different approaches, the nervous system and the unconscious mind. That's roughly a master's degree in this field, not a weekend certification. I've worked with more than 200 professionals. Here are four of them.
A 60 year old professional, she came to me completely drained. Therapy, courses, self help: she'd tried all of it. She was snapping in meetings she wanted to stay calm in and coming home with nothing left for her kids. Three months in, she walked into a session visibly different. She told me she wasn't trying to feel calm anymore. She actually felt calm in her own body. Her team noticed before she did. Her kids started coming to her again. And she'd brought back a passion project she'd buried years before.
A professional in his 30s, he'd repeated the same toxic relationship pattern for years. After our work, he ended the relationship himself. Later he met someone healthy and told me it almost felt too easy. He'd never experienced love without drama.
He watched three colleagues get promoted past him in two years. Every time a promotion was within reach, he froze and went quiet. Within months he was going for roles he used to avoid and negotiating without backing down. Same skills. Different nervous system.
He'd sat on the same career decision for three years. He knew what he needed to do and couldn't make himself do it. Within months of working together, he handed in his notice, took the role he'd been avoiding, and said the decision took him ten minutes.
Individual client experiences. Results vary with the person and the work they put in.
“I went to this place thinking I just wanted to relax, but I was surprised to find myself remembering things from my childhood—nothing specific, just feelings… The way Enas gently guided me into this process, helping me release things I didn't even know I was holding onto…”
“I felt completely safe the entire time, and Enas's presence was so steady and supportive—it made it so much easier to let go and fully surrender to the process.”
“You might think you know what you need, but it is totally different when you are actually there and new doors open to you.”
“For the first time, I feel my body like this and understand it… After the session, I became calmer and my thoughts settled. I don't know how, but even now, I feel very at ease.”
“I have been transformed completely in a very positive way, she has taught me ways to live my life fully and being empowered… I'm so lucky to have met her and being coached by her.”
“My first session with Enas was amazing… Enas has a lovely soul, her sessions are professional and comfortable.”
“I have used 4 different tools with Enas, and EVERY time I release and feel lighter and amazing, she really helped me in all critical situations.”
“One of best coaching and holistic healing sessions. If anyone wants to go on a self healing journey in Abu Dhabi then Enas is the coach to go.”
“She's a transformer, I recommend her for anyone who wants to release negative emotions, limiting beliefs or anything you're struggling with…”
“The coach is very patient and knowledgeful, and now my sessions have become a ritual… It's good to release and keep seeing life with deeper meanings.”
“No words can describe the experience I felt for the very first time after the session.”
“I have released so much and felt so much lighter and at peace after the session.”

From the outside, my life looked fine. I was functioning and doing what needed to be done. Inside, there was a quiet tension under everything. Nothing I could point to.
I had the awareness. I could explain my patterns and I understood my triggers. So I kept asking myself: if I can see this so clearly, why am I still stuck in it?
Reframing and analyzing helped me make sense of myself. They didn't change the part of me that was still reacting. When I started working with the responses themselves, where they came from and what they were protecting, things changed. The same situations still happened. I just didn't respond the same way, and I wasn't forcing it.
That's why I went on to train for 1,500+ hours in this work. Once you feel that difference, you don't forget it.
30 minutes online, with me personally
You tell me what keeps happening, what you've already tried, and what you want life to feel like without these patterns running
We look at what may be keeping you stuck and map out your next steps
If the Unmasked Method fits, I'll explain what working together looks like
If it doesn't, I'll tell you, and we leave it there
I take 2 to 3 new clients a month, so I'm selective about who I work with.
If you show up fully, follow the process, complete the work between sessions and stay open and honest with me, and you still don't experience meaningful internal transformation, I'll refund your investment, minus the costs already incurred through our work together, as set out in our agreement.
I expect you to show up fully. I'll do the same.
You can keep doing what you've been doing, and life may well stay good. That's the strange thing about this. Nothing has to fall apart. People keep getting promoted and smiling in photos, with a quiet voice underneath asking, “Why doesn't this feel the way I thought it would?”
That can go on for years. Decades, sometimes.
Or you can find out what's actually underneath it.
P.S. If you scrolled straight here: understanding a pattern and releasing it are handled by two different systems. If you've spent years on the first, the call is where we look at the second.
A few quick questions, then a 30-minute call to see what's keeping you stuck.
